I had bought a Lovable bra from an outlet in Delhi this summer. The underwired garment was from your 'Pure Luxury' range (style # 3407) and was accordingly priced.

Within a month the garment had become unwearable since both the underwires broke out from their cloth covering at the centre of the bra. The garment now pierces the skin if worn and is useless. Not having expected such shoddy quality in a Lovable product, I had not retained the bill and the shop has, of course, refused to do anything in absence of a bill.

I want to bring to your notice the kind of quality you are selling under your 'luxury' label.
