Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on 10th April'09 i subscribed to 70MM services online, and i was informed that my payment has not been made online, so they (Maidul) suggested to make payment through phone ivr which i did (through HSBC credit card), later i learnt that both the payment went through and since then i am following up with them over the phone as well as regular mail write up's but all in vain, fasle promises every 3rd day. Now i am really sick and tired, request for your help.
