Hi We visited the gilma showroom at BVK Iyengar Road with regard to table top stove and chimney. The executive told us to opt for a hob fitting underneath the counter. As we were not sure of the appliance fitting underneath. he told us about sending his technician for checking, marking and installation. Only after correct marking we were to approve the product.that was agreed by the shop keeper.booking advance of 100/- was paid. The technician who had come has marked incorrectly placing the hob between two drawers and chimney outlet right near the external staircase beam.that shall create unnecessary damage to our house.the technician charged 200/-for this incorrect marking and when reported to the showroom about this fault the shopkeeper denied about the technician's fault saying he was not professional enough. We have cancelled the product because of the service provided was not satisfactory. When asked for refund the dealer agrees to return the booking advance only and not the marking charges. As a designer i recommend not to use this company's product due to the improper service provided by them.
