I HAD BOOKED AIRLINES TICKETS ON THE 2ND NOV FOR TRAVEL 22 DEC . I HAD CANCELLED THE SAME ON 7 NOV AS THE SEATS WERE ON WAITLIST... TILL DATE MY REFUND SHOWS IN PROCESS AND THE MONEY NOT REFUNDED... EVERYTIME I CALL THE EZEE GO OFFICE THEY GIVE EXCUSES LIKE THE COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING OR WILL DO SO IN 48 HRS OR 72 HRS AND TILL DATE NOTHING... THEY PROMISE TO CALL ABOUT STATUS AND NO SIGN...
