Neglegence in services which made me run into heavy losses

SUB:- Complaint against MAGICBRICKS for its neglegence in services which made me run into heavy losses

Sir,

This complaint is against MAGICBRICKS in accordance to the above mentioned subject.

I have availed a unlimited listing one year free subscription pack from MAGICBRICKS. For the past 15 days I am having problems in my listing. I am not able to list any new properties on my space.

I have called the customer care nearly 6 times and given my complaint on the mail a number of times. Everytime I just receive a false assurance from the customer care executives of the same to be resolved on priority.

I have not listed my new propeties for the past 15 days due to which I am running into heavy losses. I am not able to close any new deals. My properties are lying vacant.

Now the customer care is telling that the cheque I had given favouring Magicbricks at the time of availing the service is not been cleared. I fail to understand if my cheque hadent been clear how am I using the service since Februay 2008.I am sorry but I have no family relation with the Times Group. My bank statement is showing the clearance of the cheque. This clearly shows that just to give a fake answer to the customers the executives speak whatever comes to their mouth.

I need to give a special complaint against an employee of Magicbricks named MR.ANAND. His mobile is 9873600787 .I had called this employee for my problem and had requested him to help me in the same as soon as possible. The next day I receive a call from him for the above said problem. The language in which he spoke was very unethical and very rash, he even concluded saying that I havent bought the TIMES GROUP by paying the charges for the services. I dont have the capacity to buy the TIMES GROUP but I think that it is my legal right to at least ask for rights pertaining to the services for which I have paid from my hard earned money. I fail to understand how to these type of people are promoted by the TIMES GROUP to represent their brand in the market. TIMES GROUP is a brand in itself, people like these are just reflecting that the brand is failing in its consistency and its endorsement.

Promises of a good and excellent service is made at the time of selling the service to the customers but never fulfiled. I fell there must be many customers like me who must be facing these problems.

I need a resulation to my problem. Is the Times Group going to pay me for my losses incurred in the past 15 days. I have lost a hell number of deals.

Should I go to the consumer forum for the same since I have all the calls recorded and all the evedances pertaining to the same?
