Maharaksha policy
Amount not credited back against cancellation

Sir,

I have cancelled my maharaksha policy on Dec 13. But stii I didint get the cash from the TATA AIG. I have made the complaint several time, but when ever I call to the call center they will say your amount will be credited back within 2 days. They have given false promises like this 3 time. Still I didint get my money back and I am ended up paying 3 months interest to credut card.

My policy No: is IRMR1000000237

Who will pay me the interest i have paid for this amount. this is very disappointed.
