I am a consumer from new delhi who has purchased 1 Bajaj water heaters 25 litre majesty in November. I am writing here in sheer desperation, after getting absolutely no help or support from their delhi service centres.

I have lodged a complaint of my heaters - complaint number 7297 with your Bajaj Care centre in new delhi (tel no 011 -32663020). The first inspection happened after 2 week when ur engineer came and diagnosed the problem and said someone will come in the next one week to replace a tank of the geyser. After about ONE week, tank was replaced with responsibility of installation was with us. We got it installed a day after and observed that it was still leaking again. We immediatly informed at the above tel no and reported the problem. However we made a mistake of t not aking the fresh complaint no and assumed that it will be attended promptly. But it is more that 15 days that we are hearing that that they will come shortly and the latest committment was for 04.03.09. but nothing happened. We have lodged that complaint again today i.e 06.03.09 complaint no 7656 .

please also note that the said number of bajaj care is more than half the time "not available" or "line is busy"...

You are requested to please fix the problem without any further delay.
