Sir,
I have booked 4 tickets through makemytrip.com vide PNR No-FLT00007305240. Due to some reason I cancelled the tickets telephonically on 21 Oct 09 (within the time Frame). I was assured by the representative (MS Purnima) of the call centre that the money will be credited to my account within 10 working days.
On not getting the money back I contacted the call centre and learnt that the reservations were not cancelled due to the mistake of the representative of the call centre (Ref No- IN0911R0019914). However, i was again promised that the money (Rs 16, 150.00) will be credited to my account. I have talked to many representatives in this regard viz. Mr Lalit & Ms Sneha on 05 Nov, Mr Rahul and Anmol on 6th Nov, Ms Sikha on 11 Nov and Mr Rohit and Jagjit on 22 Nov. Each time i call they promise me that the money will be back to me within 3-4 working days.
I request you kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against tem so that these agents don't harass customers like this in future.
