I was called by one of the rep after I have called most of the offices and he was nice to offer me refund.

this is? @ing Crazy as I have a conecting flight to catch and now I am left with refund and book my flight again and plan my traveling again. What a dissatisfying experience.

at least I am done with it and don't have to speak to them again.
