Hello Madam/Sir,
I recently booked tickets to-fro to Goa from bangalore thru Makemytrip. While going, the ticket was in SpiceJet. After reaching bangalore airport, spicejet told us that only 2 adult tickets were done but the baby's ticket is not done and we have to buy ticket again. We had received the PNR numbers for all 3 tickets but Spicejet said that we have not received baby's ticket. Since there was no time, we had to buy ticket again for our 1 1/2 yr old daughter. We dont know whose mistake it is. Whether it is SpiceJet or makemytrip. Who do we go and ask for reimbursement??? Any one with similar problems??
