I have booked one order in rediff shopping. Order contain one item, which was booked in the date of 28th August 08 for the item of SPECIAL OFFER 18 crt gold plating stunning HEAVY PARTY WEAR bangle set of 10... 4 heavy RHODIUM kadas & 6 bangles, STANDARD SIZE 2.6 Mamta Arora (Syleiicon) TNT 845518300 28-08.
Till date i have not received this delivery at mentioned address. When going to open the TNT site, they are not showing any thing against of that order.
I have sent email to rediff shopping 3 times, but not a single reply till date.
How to believe this rediff shopping is reliable or cheating to customer to earn money such wrong way.
During odder booking rediff shopping always asking for email & our record then why they are not updating to us on our delivery problem.
I have expected some solution through this complains.
