This is in the continution of the complaint made to the nodal officer regading the incorrect billing for the GPRS usage.
plese note that the mobile no 9871700611 for a long time and the person while visiting china in group was carrying the same phone there. In a period of 3 days the bill came for appox 93, 000/- which as per our estimation very much high. we requested several times to verify the same and revise the billing but there was no response from their side.
