Cancle downloding option

Actually before this bellow dates i deactivate my downloading option in airtel centre kuvempunagar dabble road branch mysore-23,

but the download charge is added to my billing, so i submit complaint for that subject in airtel center, but till now these balance amount is added my bill, please cancel the gprs downloading option, so i cant pay the additional amount,
