I had horrible experience with the service from bimal. I had given for a general service and had a had issue of 'late starting'. I had explained to the technitian about this issue, but the problem was existing after the serivice also.
The next day after the service I had taken more than 1/2 hr to start the vehicle. I had to take the vehicle again to point out the issue, and this time the technitioan said there was some leak and he has to change some filter. when asked why was this not noticed during the first service, he said since the vehicle came after the water service they could not notice this issue.
After couple of days when I wanted to go out the vehicle is not starting again, I tried for a long time but no luck. I called the same technitian and he suggested to call the emergency service people so that they could come home to check it out. I did the same and the technition identified the problem as carborator issue. He was very confident about the same. And he suggested me to take the vehicle back again to the service centre. I took the vehicle and reported about this to the technitian there. He promptly takes the vehicle bring it back after two hours saying the carborator tuning is done and there was also issue with accelerator cable which is also rectified.
The next day again I had the same issue. I had to hitch a ride with my firend to the office. To my surprise
I get a mail requesting feedback on the service. I gave a complete report, but till there is no responce on this.
