Indifferent attitude and poor service

I bought a maruti 800 from mitra agencies himayathnagar on jan 1st 2009. till i paid the cash the dealer was calling me up for the paument. then onwards for every document and the promised accessories i had to keep on calling them and they just dropped the things for me to fit. i m not a technician to fit them for myself and the dealer dont respond positively. they did not pick the vehicle for 1st service and i had to take leave to leave the vehicle in the service center and collect it back. i requested the dealer to fit the number plate in the service center and they did not do it and now when i try to contact them they do not lift the phone seeing my hone number, and hence i had to call up from a public phone and the person disconnects the phone during the conversation. apart from this the engine is making lot of sound like a damn old maruti car. i was also charged for home delivery. i have been patient enough but now i had no option except to complain about the attitude of the dealer. i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful for better services and customer satisfaction
