Non payment of insurance claim

My friend Mr. Krishn Kumar bought a Maruti 800 bearing regn no DL-2C-AA-3426 and it was insured and policy was issued by NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED vide Policy no 360901/31/06/6100003031. Atleast 13 months ago final police report for theft claim has been submitted at branch Office 617 A-620, Somdutt chamber-II, 9, Bhikaji cama place, New delhi-60 of national Insurance company limited but till date the cliam is pending. The ground that they are showing is that claim is not maintenable.
