Maruti Ritz vxi
Inadequate free service

I took my Ritz for first free service to RANA motors Okhla on 3-7-09 (job no. JCO9007746). During service the engine oil or the filter were not changed. when enquired supervisor told me that it is not required for RITZ.However the manual doesnot mention it and the first free service coupon is also silent about it. I m confused. I like to know as per protocol what are the required services done in first service
