Maruti Ritz-vxi

Dear sir,

I have purchased a maruti Ritz car vxi in month of July. I have observed a vibration noise from the car, which is irritating while driving, however the noise disappears when the speed is raised to above 80 kmph, which is always not possible in the city ride. The problem was noticed right from the first day of my purchase, which I initially thought as a minor problem which can be rectified during my first service.

now the first was also over, still the problem exists. This was also highlightened to the service personnel, which they seems to take it lightly.

Also the acessories were not available, for expample the simple seat covers were not available for ritz car.

The car was purchased at Maruti ABT, Chennai.

I am little disappointed with this. The same complaint was also heard from another friend who purchased the ritz car at Cars indai, chennai.

maruthi may kindly look in to this problem immetiately.
