SUB: Cheating case by M/s. Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd.-- Supply of old model
in place of Maruti-Suzuki Dzire ZXi, Colour- Silky Silver Model.
Sir,
Your kind attention is invited to note the following facts in case of above referred subject.
1. In response to the Proforma Invoice dated 05/03 of M/s. Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. New Panvel. we booked the above Car on the same day through the payment of Rs. 49, 950/- vide receipt No.5128. Cost of the above car is Rs.6, 53, 364/- including Insurance (Rs.17, 286/-) and Registration (Rs.45, 697/-). My son-Saurabh J. Bamane has authorized me to take-up and deal this case.
2. M/s. Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. Promised and committed in writing to give the delivery of above car on 20th March (Birth-day of my Son- Saurabh. J. Bamane) after the full payment (copy enclosed)
3. The remaining amount of Rs.5, 93, 000/- was paid on 7th March vide their receipt No. 5164 (Rs.4, 80, 000/- : SBI, Loan) and 5165 (Rs.1, 13, 000/-).
Now, it is greater to our surprise and shock that M/s. Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. Has been forcing us to take old model of 2008 instead of 2009 on 20th March against their written commitment. This is absolute case of cheating and they must have been professionally involved in such type of criminal activities.
Therefore, I request you kindly to take the necessary action against such criminal activities of M/s. Simran Motors Pvt. Ltd. and render justice to us.
