Non delivery of the vehicle even after taking the booking amount

Sir,

I have booked for new car maruti zen estilo sports model at BIMAL AUTO showroom located at Mahadevpura, Bangalore on 25 JAN.I paid 10000/- for the same. But after 5 days i.e.on 30th i came to know that the car cannot be delivered to me as the company has stopped manufacturing it. When i enquired about the booking list in the showroom, i was inforemd that it has not been booked officially!! i was shocked!

Finally after lot of discussion with the sales person -Mr Sultan Pasha and Mr Hussain Pasha we had been forced to take bck the money refunded as no similar offer is available to us.

I want to lodge complaint regarding this;

Please guide me. The details of the booking is also attached to this mail.
