I paid down payment of Rs 1 lakh on 20th dec 07 vide Receipt no. REC07001733 to Kankariya automobiles at Ahmednager for Swift Disel LDI ss .through Executive G.K.Motors of Shrirampur413709

It was commited by dealer to deliver vehicle upto 9th jan 08, but regreat to inform u that no vehicle delivered uptill now. Dealer not responding for any inquiry n giving very shrude's unsatisfactory reply which is not expected from Maruti Udyog-well reputed bussiness company. Down payment lying with dealer since 20thdec 07 without interest. It was published in newspaper from Maruti Udyog that the intrest on down payment would paid if delay for delivary of vehicle more than 16 days. Deliver the vehicle immediatly and hoping proper attention for satisfactory service OTHERWISE I MAY COMPEL TO PURCHASE OTHER BRANDED CAR as due to your uncapability
