Non delivery ofn swift dzire

I am vikram malhotra prop.kailash marbles i had made a booking for maruti swift dzire on 2nd apr in hira auto in patiala on a promise of maximum wait time 2 & half month however more then 4 month have passed and there are no signs of the car also i have been using the maruti customer care center but of no banifit till date i have not got a response
