Dear Sir,

This is my second letter to your company regarding the complaint of the Maruti Swift Dzire, Reg No. DL2CAH 9383, VXI purchased on 1st October in the name of Mohita Dawar. First complaint letter dated 2nd Sept. Since the day of purchase a noise is coming from the rear side of the car. Despite so many calls to the engineer for rectifiying the problem, no action has been taken so far. Not even a telephonic call has been received by us for the problem.

Please look into the matter urgently otherwise i have no other option but to go to the consumer court.
