I like to register a complaint against your 24 hrs Maruti on road service in Chennai. I bought my swift VDI on 26/07, its only two days old car. Because of my mistake, (haven’t close the driver side door properly) car cabin light continuous glowing car battery drained completely, this happened with out my knowledge yesterday night in my office. So today morning I try to start my car its not starting. First I contacted my Maruti car dealer 24 hrs break down service for CARS INDIA Mobile no : 9841039001, from morning 3AM, the mobile is switched off, so I contacted Maruti 24 hrs, (044 39891515) they said they can come only after 8 AM, to attend my car.
So please let me know what is the meaning of 24 hrs service, because the CARS INDIA 24 hrs service, the person telling me it means they will attend the car with in 24 hrs, of complains they received. If so mention clearly in your manual clearly about this, please don’t cheat customer simply, mentioning 24 hrs on road service. And the CARS INDIA Mobile is switched on at 8 AM, why it is so.
Before I had Hyundai santro in the, once I had a problem, of fuse blown out, I called them at 2am night, they attend in my office premises it self with in 30 minute. Comparing to there back up what they are providing to there customers, I am well satisfied with Hyundai, then you.
If you feel to satisfy customers like me you have to take a strong action on your dealer 24 hrs service and your own 24 hrs service persons.
Finally maruti 24 hrs on road service told me there service person is on there way when I contacted them again at 8: 15 am. So right from morning I struck up in my office from 3am today because of this worst 24 hrs service you have. I am very much frustrated on Maruti, for the back up you proving for lady owners.
