Non Fullfillment of Promise and irresponsible staff

I purchased a Maruti Swift from Sector -9 Maruti True Value (Magic Auto). I have not seen such a irresponsible staff before. they have not kept a single promise and till date i have not received the service booklet for my car. 1st service of car should be done within 45 days from purchase but i am not in position to do so because of service booklet.

I have been in touch with above persons for long but till date they are not able to get my service booket.

I appeal to all that please avoid Maruti True Value Sector 9 (Magic Auto) because they dont know the basic etheics of business and how to deal with customer.
