I had used the matrix international sim to Brussels. i never asked for the data connection and i was never told that this would be pre-activated. I used the phone for four days the phone call charges were around 1, 000/- only, but the datacard charges was 40, 000/-. I never even asked for the service and I was not told about the charges either.

How can you charge for a service that the customer never asked for and you never even informed about the rates. Also the fact that it will start automatically without any setting changes. I was using HTC phone and without putting any settings the data connection started.
