Request to stop Sip as the policy has compleated the three year period

I have a policy No.02412021 this final premium was due in Feb 26th how ever the SIP is sdtill being deducted from my bank, Ajay Kalia one of your staff has been ptromising to come and collect a letter vto thios effect from me but he has not kept his promise upto now

I request you to please stop this deduction frm my account with ICICI ban sector 16 faridabad imediately in any case the next premium should not be deducted as I am inforing the bank not to deduct the ptremium
