Respected sir

I, Thota Murali dhar, am one of the SB account holder of SBI with account no 10224451659 since 2001. In the month of February I have paid my LIC renewal premium in your branch at Pandharkawada. My LIC Policy no. is 842592884, installment amount is Rs. 11, 223/- (Eleven thousand two hundred twenty three rupees only). I took the receipt which was a printed format and the details or handwriting more over in that receipt they have stated that it was forwarded to Yavatmal Branch.

Later on next year i.e in February when I went to pay the Installment at LIC office I came to know that February Installment was not credited. Since then I wrote so many letters to SBI Pandharkawada Branch Manager. But there is no reply till now.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
