Mediclaim Insurance Policy
Lax attitude of agent

To whomsoever it may concern,

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is in regards to a mediclaim policy I had signed up for with your company through your agent, a certain Mrs Harsha Kothari. Her complete non interest and rude behaviour is the sole reason that I will not continue with your company.

I recently went through a laproscopy procedure and presented my papers to your company through Harsha for the same. She was not contactable. She would return a phone call after 3 to 4 days. On asking her what the delay was, she was rude and responded saying "she was doing us a favor by seeing our claim through".

She, by far, has to be the most unprofessional agent I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
