Complaint against authorised agent

Sir/Madam,

We logging complain against our agent Mr. Satjit Dey District Tirap, Khonsa, Arunachal Pradesh. He can not issue Airtel recharge card/Topup and he issue lapu sim but not issue our account number. We face lot of problems from customer. Mr. Satjit Dey use another unautorised lapu sim from another place and he take extra amount from customer. Therefore, you can take action or issue an another agent form our district.
