I had purchased Mobile phone sony ericsson W595 for Rs. 14000/- from Mercury communications limited, New rajinder nagar market, shankar road, new delhi. The dealer took Rs. 2000 extra for the phone, did fraud and handed me over damaged phone which is not even getting repaired at service center of Sony ercission. When i approached him to exchange my mobile phone within 24 hrs of purchase he refused and used abusive language moreover did not provided me the way for it. pl help me.. this fellow is cheat and cheating many people in delhi.
