Metlife india is pathetic. I have two policies. Paid my premium due amount on 30th Nov. Today it is 26th Dec. Inspite of several calls to the customer care ([email protected]) there is no update.

I called up the customer care 5 times. They kept on saaying they will send the receipt but still no update. Is this how MetLife works everywhere in the world?
