Sold a substandard quality shoes to me during the Sale

Pl find the below spate of e mails written to Metro Shoes Mgmt yet there is no action.

Hi;

This is in reference to my complaint regarding the above subject;as there was a sale announced I purchased 5nos shoes from this outlet-2 for me;2 for wife and 1 for son.

Since my wife has an ample collection she decided to wear one of the shoes later. But to our astonishment;the sole got completely broke when she tried to put the same after three months.

We did went to the outlet to explain the staus but we were shocked to find that the manager did'nt entertained our complaint and gave a very vague reason of not using the same for so many days;hence the sole broke.

My urge is when you announce/publish in papers to provide a genuine sale to customers then why you are hesitant to take care of your regular customers.

Pl look into the matter and reply accordingly or I need to escalate.
