Autorickshaw meter tampering

Dear Sir / Madam,

My work involves daily travel from Vikhroli (W) to Goregaon (W) (Mumbai). I prefer to hire autorickshaws since it is the fastest mode of transport.

However I've observed that most of the times the meters are tampered and show a higher charge than normal. Especially true of autorickshaws whose numbers begin with MH03.

Given below is information I've collected so far. I've complained to the Traffic Police on 4 occasions (before compiling this data) with no results. Hopefully you can do something about this.
