EMD deposit refund not recived yet

Hi,

I havn't recived any cheque for my INR 25000 as yet. Its been more than a month now since the lottery results are out. My application number is 39987.Please help me know where do i get this money from. Should i go to Mhada office or HDFC bank.please help.
