I purchased a UPS EB 850 VA S No. -A7DGBNX65545

from purchasing to till now Ups not regulate the voltage at the single time

at power failure, ups break the Signal.

And Costumer care persons are not giving any satisfactory answer due lack of good knowledge, I lodge the complain (No.1991, 5224) many time.
