model no. MH 6347B

when i purchase this product

deler told me that no racipy book and untesils kit are avalable with any lg microwave

but when demo eng.mR. sANJEEV came for give demo then he ask about book and kit

then we told them that no kit and book are given me by deler

when i ask that to deler

then he said tat all that items are not come with that product

i think that he not want to give me that products

so please take action aggenst him

and confirm me so i got that remaining things
