I had purchased this oven in 2002 and till july it was working fine. THEN when i tried to use it it was partially working I called your toll free no they sent a person from ur autorised service center who came to my residence and tried to repair it . he took the board on 27/07/08 to his service center till date I have not received the board I CALLED YOUR CHENNAI office and informed them ON 23/02/09 I got a call from tvm ofc asking for the complaint on 24/02/09 today on 26/02/09 they could trace my board and are sayin that it is not repairable. kindly tell me why it took so long ie seven monts to get a negative reply I HAVE BEEN USING YOUR PRODUCT SINCE I CAME TO INDIA because of its reputation but unfortunately your service is very poor. IF I DO NOT GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE from u within 24hrs. I WILL BE FORCED TO MOVE CONSUMER COURT for the delay and not rectifyng in time. This was not expected of a reputed international brand
