Collection department acting over smart

Im yera2003 i took this credit card from ABN AABRO bank & then in 2004 i closed it down giving the full payment as told to me by the collection person. I received the letter & the person cut my credit card into pieces infront of my eyes. After 6-8 months i have started receiving calls that i need to pay bcak. I told the full & finalis lareday done to pacify i also faxed them least thrice but till date they are bothering me with any reason.

I fail to understand the diconnect.the collecrtion people dont check the records and are too rude in behaviour.
