NON RECEIPT OF BILL

I have two mobile Numbers : (a) 9999095951 and (b) Add-on Number 9999940599. Every month I have to request again and again for the bill. Each time I am told that the bills have been delivered on my postal address. Until and unless I approach you, my bills are not delivered. I have also apprised you last month through this column that despite having been registered my email id with Vodafone neither my bills are forwarded on my email address nor at my postal address.
