Sir,

I have given a request of Balance tranfer of Rs.30000/- on 11.05.2009. Request no. provided by bank is 09061101340. They assured me that I will get DD within seven days. In mean while I called to bank and they replied me that your request is in process. At the time of request they agreed that I am eligible for taking BT..99% pm on reducing Balance interest will be charged upto 6 month.

On the expiry of time I called to bank and they refused to sent DD.I got not a single call from Bank that they are not sending DD.I have to pay my some outstanding to others and I was assued that I will get DD on time. Why the bank Cheating to their customer.

Kindly do the needfule & take necessary action.
