I have send a written booking form to railway authorized agent m/s mittal travels, ambabari, jaipur for book a ticket jaipur to raipur boarding at jaipur. but travel agent provide a ticket for phulera to raipur boarding at phulera.
on day of journey i see the ticket & felt the mistake, when went to travel agent he tried to change my form & he done so much cutting on it, it can be seen at agent office records. travel agent did not given me any refund & don't accept any mistake.
he also taken 150 rs. for ticket booking instead of 20 rs. as approved by railways.
please help me in such matter.
