I was informed by ABN AMRO bank that on my request a insurance policy was issued to me, i immediately contacted the bank that i do not need the policy, i have been getting bills asking me to pay cancellation charges and other charges.

i was informed that i had said yes to a tele caller, but my repeated calls and mails to them and the fact that the insurance policy was cancelled, seems irrelevant.

the bank wants me to pay a sum of rupees 1700 which i have refused.

i req you to help me and take whatever action is req under laws against the bank for harassing me
