Purging of reward points

Dear Sir,

I Have a ABN AMRO Credit card having no 5425 0513 1401 2229. I had a settlement of account against my credit card in May 09 wherein i was charged with late fees wherein I was not entitled to pay.

Bank resolved this issue my clearing all my dues. But while doing that they purged all my reward points in this without letting me the same.

Now I am continuously in touch with them but they have refused to reverse the same, I feel cheated, as this is no way of recovering any dues.
