We have paid the bill dated 9th july on 27th july itself. The amount is Rs.500/- being transfered through e payment. But your bill shows late fee of Rs.50/- in this month''s also. We have requested through 121 during last month and this month. Kindly go through the accounts of our concerned moble number record and we have not made the payment late. We request you to waive the late fee levied on us and fo the needful.
