Please remove my late fee and finance charge

Dear ABN Amro Bank credit card division

I am Ashish Kumar Jain, I am holding Abn Amro Credit card (5415382322147711)

I had deposited a cheque no. 24887 dated 2/07/08 amout 4000 drown on abn amro bank branch, Greater Kailash

my statment due date 3.07.08 but still abn amro bank received the cheque 10.07.08 after the due date,

However, now getting the next statement today, we were charged a late fee plus finance charges.

I called Chase and spoke with two customer service reps.

They both told me there is absolutely no way that my fee and finance charge would be removed.

I explained that this has NEVER happened before and that I thought it just good business for a

company to give the customer a break given the circumstances.

I explain that I have already paid, call up the customer care and register a

complaint the executive says that every thing is ok and he will forward the request

and things will be settled.

Are u running bank or doing some mafia activites of sucking human blood (money). We are earning money by our hardworker and paining ourselves. So each paise is very important to us and we have all the right to ask you.

But your customer service persons putting charges against us for their mistakes.

I hope this mail is being read by a person who has good soul and know the customers value.

Pls take necessary action against this complaint and reverse the charge which was stated in my account statement.

Hoping u will reverse the statement charges Iam not doing the payment which was told.
