Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I had purchased china made mobile from your shop under one year warranty.

The above mentioned mobile is frequently hanging from the date of purchase I have been giving my mobile to your shop for repairing frequently (more than 10 times) but your service personnel are solving the problem on temporary basis and again the same problem i face within 24 hours from the time of repairing. Last I had given mobile to your shop on 8.7.2009 and taken back on 24.7.2009 again within 24 hrs the same problem occurs.

Initially, while purchasing mobile in your shop your sales person convinced me more on purchase china mobile instead of branded item, saying that if mobile does not function properly we will replace the same.

Based on your commitment and trusting you, i purchased the same and now i am not satisfied with the said mobile. Therefore i request you to kindly give me the replacement
