Unnecessary charges in my bank statement

I was recently hit with a charge of Rs. 4500 (WIY FEE - 3 NIGHTS 4 DAYS AT RCI RESORTS) on my credit card and i believe this is unfair. I received atleast 30-40 calls last month from ABN AMRO sales department. I told them initially that i dont need it but again they called up saying you are our privileged customer and its free of cost for you. We have chosen your name from the lucky draw. I asked them repeatedly if i will be charge for anything and the answer was no. Executive told me you will receive a call from another department and they dont know anything about this package and lucky draws. You dont have to tell your credit card numer number to them.

I asked the verifier if i will be charged for this and she said we will not charge anything unless and until you receive the package and deposit it in ABN AMRO bank. I was unaware that i will receive charges in my statement without being told. If someone is repeatedly saying no to the package that means he or she is not interested in the deal.
