Let me first give the details so that the complaint can be processed.

This is regarding two transactions which took place by I did not got any amount and balance vanished from my account.
First transaction was on 18th Oct from PNB atm at Najafgarh for Rs 1600. (Nearby 7:00PM)
Second transaction was on 20th Oct from SBI atm Najafgarh for Rs 2000. (Nearby 7:00PM)
In both the transactions the ATM machine showed error as "Transaction cancelled" but balance got deducted from account.
For that I launched a complaint also at customer care : 205414.
Now bank says that the transactions were successful and the balacne cant be reversed.
This is a checting done by bank.
Please do the need ful so that I may get justice.
