I am holding abn amro creditcard. one day i had a call from customer service ABN amro bank regarding dinners card, so i applied for that. it happens six months before. till date i didn't receive any card from abn amro bank. they charged Rs.1999/- from my card. i got the message that product return due to wrong address. so i call to customer service and asked them to resend the card and clarify that my address is not changed.i also mail to abn amro bank customer service regarding this.they replied it will reach you within one week. Every time i call to them the same answer is repeated. till date i didnt get the card. my credit card statement are regularly coming through courier to this address only.so pl dont apply for any offer from ABN AMro Credit Card. thier customer service is worst. whenever i call they said system down, call me tomorrow. So Pl Dont accept any offer from ABN amro bank Credit Card.
